Summer Reading Challenge finishers receive one free admission to Library Days at the Natural History Museum of Utah on one of the following dates and times:

Read Today by KSL (free)-
This summer reading program, presented by Read Today, Deseret News and KSL, in partnership with McDonalds and the Governor’s Office, begins in June and runs through the summer. Kids, ages 2-14, are challenged to read or be read to, 20 minutes a day. Those who complete the summer reading challenge and submit their form receive fun prizes, including two tickets to a Salt Lake Bees Game. The fun continues on game night as readers are greeted at the gate with foam fingers and treats, making it a night to remember.

Barnes and Noble Summer Reading (free)-
Use Barnes and Noble Summer Reading Journal to earn a free book at the end of the summer.

Zap Kids Summer Passport (free/ some locations discounted)- Pick up your passport at any of the listed locations (Salt Lake County Library, Salt Lake Public Library, Murray Library), visit the destination June 1-August 26, earn at least 5 stamps from different destinations, bring back your completed passport to the library and receive your RSVP Boarding Pass, and us it to RSVP for the Final Destination Celebration. Activities are free unless marked as "Discount Destination."

University of Utah Reading Clinic ($50 Assessment Fee/$75 Dollar Tuition)- Located in Murray.

Note: Services are provided on a "first come - first served" basis. Student must qualify (based on a current UURC assessment) to participate. Assessment fee is non-refundable.
